Our document management solutions have been regularly reviewed since 2008 to meet the highest standards.

Gama System ® eDocs

For our document management system, we have already gained 4 accreditations from the Archives of the Republic of Slovenia.

The accreditation contains support for specific functions in the processes of long term retention and support services (management of documents in physical form, digitalization of analog documents, support for mass digitalization and capture of any type of documents), as well as accreditation to support the whole process of document management in digital form.

The software is in accordance with all Slovenian laws governing DMS field (ZVDAGA, UVDAGA, and ETZ).

Gama System® eArchive

For our long-term storage system, we have already gained 5 accreditations from the Archives of the Republic of Slovenia.

This is the first accreditation for Slovenian software that specifically supports long-term and permanent storage and electronic document retention.

Obtained accreditation acknowledges that Gama System E-Archive is consistent with all Slovenian laws governing DMS field (ZVDAGA, UVDAGA, and ETZ).
