Ministry of Culture - Improving IT support between entities in the public administration
Status
The Ministry carries out activities, which includes outsourced staff. Existing IT solutions did not allow remote access to data, which hampered cooperation and communication.
Solution
Online access to information was provided to all participants via simple graphical web interface. The automation of reporting public institutions to the Ministry was enabled.
