Gama System d.o.o. filed the application according to the regulations of the 83rd article of the Documentary and archival material custody and archives act (OGRS, No. 30/2006) and the 29th article of the Decree on documentary and archival material custody (OGRS, No. 86/2006) and has been listed as a registered provider of software and services on 22nd January 2007.
The official registration contains two software packages:
- "Gama System® eDocs" document management system and
- "Gama System® E-Archive" system for archiving electronic documents.
These represent a registration of a complete product line for managing electronic documents which satisfies all the needs for a transition to electronic business.
In fact we are talking about three products:
- "Gama System® eDocs" document management system,
- "Gama System® eDocs" document management system integration with “IBM TotalStorage DR550” (IBM’s high quality system for safe data storage; Gama System d.o.o. acquired the “Ready for IBM Tivoli Software” for it) or both together with a dedicated high performance solution for archiving electronic documents, i.e.
- "Gama System® E-Archive" system for archiving electronic documents.

"Gama System® E-Archive" system for archiving electronic documents can be used as a digital storage solution for internal needs or it can be used as a service solution, also registered indirectly by the provider of the digital storage for digital documents.
