Gama System d.o.o. will appear at its own exhibition stand (C69) as well as at the Microsoft Deutschland GmbH exhibition stand (A38, workplace no. 10) where we will be present as one of five invited Microsoft partners from the region of SE Europe (both in Hall 4).

At CeBIT 2006 we will exhibit the following software packages:

Appearance at CeBIT 2006 is for Gama System d.o.o. a logical continuation from the last year’s CeBIT where we introduced our electronic document management system "Gama System® eDocs" for the first time and devoted special attention to technical affirmation of our software. We have successfully shown that our software is of exceptional quality, highly efficient and competitive on a worldwide scale when we succeeded configuring our document management system "Gama System® eDocs" to integrate it with the largest scanner in the world exhibited by BancTec GmbH, also at Microsoft’s exhibition stand. This was a scanner with OCR functionality and exceptional performance (250 double-sided color A4 pages per minute). Both exhibitors were excited about the achievement because although we met there for the first time, we connected both systems in less than half an hour while keeping their full functionality. Microsoft EE management was excited about the event as well!

Highly efficient EDMS "Gama System® eDocs" with its unique design is an innovation among document management systems. It supports all documents in the company: directly created inside the DMS (Word, Excel …), imported from other systems (SharePoint, printer, ERP) or of external origin (file system, XML schemas, e-mail, scanning etc.).

The system is configurable, efficient and allows searching by different criteria, supports archive reorganization, security permissions on single documents, document map management and workflow definition. It implements a high level of security by using passwords, digital certificates, time stamping and user permissions. Documents and data are subject to versioning and stored in MS SQL Server.

At CeBIT 2006 we will introduce our solution "Gama System® EArchive" which is designed and optimized for collecting very large number of documents, it allows packet delivery of documents, digital signature checking, document time stamping and archiving of electronic documents. It is developed with the latest technologies (Microsoft Messaging Queue, SQL Server, .NET Framework 2.0), its parts already use WCF (Indigo). The solution is really advanced both technology wise and performance wise.

Gama System d.o.o. chose the exhibition at CeBIT as one of the most important ways for business globalization. Our goal is to put our software to the worldwide market using the business model of acquiring one or more business partners for each country, who would become the representatives for our software. We expect the business partners to engage in localization – translation to the local language (Gama System software is currently available in English, German and Slovenian language), marketing and implementation at the end customers.
